Terms and refunds

Playing

• The game is free to download and play.
• Be kind. No bullying, hateful or rude messages, cheating, or using bugs to get ahead. We can mute, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• We're always working on the game, so things will change: new places, balance changes, fixes, and occasionally a server restart.

Star Tokens

• Star Tokens are the game's special currency. You can earn them by playing, or buy them at the Star Kiosk in the game.
• They can only be used in BeaverBoy Online. They have no cash value, can't be swapped back for money, and can't be moved to another account.
• Prices are shown before you pay, in Australian dollars, and include any GST.
• Under 18? Please ask a parent or guardian before you buy anything.

Refunds

• If you bought Star Tokens by mistake, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full, as long as you haven't spent them.
• If something went wrong (for example, you paid and your Star Tokens never arrived), we'll fix it or refund you.
• Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe.
• Nothing here takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
